Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Chef Bruno de Jesus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Chef Bruno de Jesus offers the following services:

Private chef services for events and dinners
Culinary consultancy
Custom menu creation
Catering for special events
Unique gastronomic experiences

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2. A deposit is required to confirm the booking, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of contracting.

3.3. Final payment must be made up to 24 hours before the event.

3.4. Prices may vary depending on the menu, number of people and location.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice: full refund of deposit.

4.2. Cancellations between 3-7 days: 50% refund of deposit.

4.3. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice: no refund.

4.4. In case of force majeure, each case will be analyzed individually.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Provide adequate access to kitchen and necessary equipment.

5.2. Inform about food allergies and dietary restrictions.

5.3. Ensure a safe and adequate working environment.

5.4. Be present or designate a representative during the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chef Bruno de Jesus is not responsible for:

Damage to equipment or property not caused by negligence
Allergic reactions not previously communicated
Cancellations due to extreme weather conditions
Problems resulting from inadequate equipment provided by the client

7. Intellectual Property

All recipes, menus and culinary techniques are the property of Chef Bruno de Jesus and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on the website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Porto, Portugal.
