My Bio
I am from Porto, where I have accumulated years of experience in reference hotels and restaurants, gradually evolving to chef. All this has allowed me to master a wide range of culinary techniques, which I applied in designing menus, creating dishes and developing recipes. Now, I want to transform all this experience into unique moments, created especially for you.
Inspirations and Influences
My inspiration is flavor! With emphasis on French, Italian and Portuguese cuisines, as well as barbecue. I like to combine traditional and contemporary flavors, combining fresh and seasonal ingredients. I believe in the fusion of styles to create innovative and comforting dishes, always made with authenticity and respect for origins.
